Summer of the Year of the Bear

It's been a very musical summer. Earlier this year I collaborated with singer-songwriter Chris Norwood, adding bass to a brilliant collection of their songs that became his debut album, Year of the Bear. After recording in the spring, we played a release show at The Local in LIC and a well-attended (and really fun) follow-up show at one of my favorite Brooklyn venues, The Way Station. 

We've got another full-band show coming up at the legendary Parkside Lounge on the Lower East Side, September 4th at 9pm. We're in the earliest stages of working on a follow-up, so there will definitely be a few new songs.
