Next week we go into tech for The Tragedy of Othello, the Moor of Venice, my latest directorial project. I've been working with an extraordinary ensemble of multi-talented actors who have brought so much richness to this complicated and frightening play, while constantly asking the question: why do we still tell this story -- or any story -- over and over, for hundreds of years?
